We are excited to announce that StriveTogether has named South Bronx Rising Together one of its newest Accelerator Fund grantees! StriveTogether is a national nonprofit working to bring communities together around data to make decisions and improve results for kids. The Accelerator Fund recognizes collective impact partnerships that are poised to drive improvement in K-12 academic outcomes within their local communities.
Supported by this three-year grant, SBRT will work with schools in Bronx Community District 3 on family and community engagement, continuous improvement, and data-driven innovation. Through relationship-building with schools and community, and understanding stakeholder experiences in neighborhoods and across systems, SBRT's strategy weaves together the student, local, and cross-sector lens. Our Accelerator Fund work will focus on increasing equitable academic results in:
Student Attendance
Early Grades Reading
Middle Grades Math
High School Graduation
Post-Secondary Enrollment
